  • “Right – is a wheel in the head, put there by a spook” “If it is right for me, it is right.” Max Stirner, The Ego and Its Own.   For anyone here who has read Stirner: do you think that his kind of radical egoism is compatible with libertarianism? Stirner is not really a libertarian himself; primarily I think because he was ignorant of economics.I, for one, am pretty convinced by Stirner’s position, but I remain a libertarian because I am also convinced by Austrian economics.   Anyone else have any thoughts on this issue?
